Three More Flu Deaths in Delaware, Total Now at 34

The flu season may have hit its peak in Delaware but three more people have died bringing the total to 34.

The Wilmington News Journal reports that the recent deaths involved a Sussex County man and two Kent County women.

The paper reports they were all in their eighties.

There has been in major decline in the number of confirmed flu cases with 216 reported between March 25th and Marth 31st.

The total confirmed cases this season stands at just over 81-hundred the highest since the state first began tracking them back in 2004.
