Starbucks to Move Next to Salisbury University

creative commons

Arby’s is out.

Starbucks is in.

The Arby’s fast food restaurant on South Salisbury Boulevard that sits across from Salisbury University is closing after being in business since the 1960’s.

There have been a number of fast food restaurants that have left the area.

Arby’s itself will move on to a location on Route 50 near Wor-Wic Community College.

Meanwhile, Starbucks will enter the picture and will join Rise Up as coffee café.

It will be spread out over 35-hundred square feet that is larger than the normal size of coffee shops and will have space for college students to sit.

There is also a Starbucks further down Route 13 at Seagull Square.
