28-year old Holly Boyce from Greenwood died in a car crash on U.S. Route 13 in Seaford yesterday afternoon.
Police say she rear ended a tractor trailer around noon just south of Cannon Road.
Police say that a 2010 Freight Liner Cascadia was pulling an enclosed trailer going south on Route 13.
When it began to turn onto Cannon Road Boyce did not realize it was slowing down and slammed her 2007 Buick Lucerne into the back of the trailer.
Boyce was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash closed route 13 for around three and a half hours.
