Phillips Bayside Cantina is going out of business.

The Ocean City restaurant had rebranded itself offering a Mexican cuisine.

But the Salisbury Daily Times reports that it did not pan out.

After 130 days the building located on 141st Street in Ocean City was up for sale.

The restaurant had offered up a variety of Mexican dishes many of which included seafood cuisine.

The company did not provide a reason for the closure to the newspaper.

The building is selling for $4.5 million according to its listing and has reportedly gotten a number of inquiries.
