No Child Molestation in Matusiewicz Case, Daughter Testifies

The 13 year old daughter of Christine Belford told a courtroom yesterday that Internet allegations that she had been sexually molested by her mother were untrue.

The Wilmington News Journal reports that an essay written by the girl’s grandmother claimed that the girl wore extra underwear to keep from being abused.

When showed the essay in court by the prosecution the daughter said that she was shocked.

The husband David Matusiewicz, his mother Lenore and his sister Amy Gonzalez are accused of cyberstalking with the intent of killing Belford.

David’s father Thomas Matusiewicz killed Belford and a friend in a Delaware courthouse during a custody battle.

He then engaged in a gun battle with security before killing himself.
