MILFORD, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police say a man found passed out at the wheel of his car has been charged with his 5th DUI offense.

Troopers said in a news release that Tuesday night, a 911 caller reported a man was unconscious in a car on North Union Church Road in Milford.

Police say a paramedic revived the man, who became combative and was arrested. Authorities say the man was taken to a local hospital, and again became combative and tried to flee.

Troopers say 29-year-old Jeffrey Bradley of Milford was taken to the barracks in Bridgeville, where a computer check showed he has four DUI convictions from 2006 to 2010. He is charged with 5th offense driving under the influence of alcohol and other offenses.
