Heavy Traffic Expected for Firefly Music Festival in Dover

undergroundreview.com

Starting today the population of Dover is expected to double with the opening of the Firefly Music Festival.

Some estimate that at least 90-thousand people are expected to attend.

Officials warn that traffic is expected to be tough with 70 percent coming from north of Dover.

If traffic becomes too congested on Route 13 officials say they may shutdown Exit 104 forcing drivers to Exit 95 to bring them up from the south.

Recreational vehicles have already begun to arrive for the four day event.

The weather is expected to be most sunny with high in the upper 70’s into the 80’s.
