Firefly Music Festival Cut to Three Days Next Year

undergroundreview.com

The Firefly Music Festival next year will only be three days instead of four.

The Wilmington New Journal reports that organizers said even without the Thursday evening performances  they expect the 8th year of the festival will have just as many acts if not more than last year’s which saw over 90.

Festival publicist Patrick Confrey told the paper that a four day festival is tough when considering coming in a day early and leaving a day late.

He said that means people taking off six days.

There will also be a new Firefly Loyalty Program which will allow those who have attended in the past to buy presale tickets that will begin on November 16th.

Former attendees will be receiving an email about the new program.

The festival will take place at The Woodlands from June 21st through June 23rd near Dover.
